     Maxisys Elite with Maxiflash Pro cannot communicate with any cars  after update 3.21!!!!!! Autel are going decide that problem?????

    try paring  your vci by connecting it through the usb cable then go to vci manager and pair. while your there you may also want to update your vci . good luck

    same problem with me yesterday I update the maxiflash and now its not working even its looks fine

     Just had this problem with my tool. Ended up on the phone with customer support for an hour and a half while they tried everything to put the correct firmware on it. Nothing worked so they want me to send the entire system in for RMA
